This painting is Oil on canvas.  Finished with Windsor and Newton Professional Gloss varnish.  14″x 21.5″ including the frame.  The painting is 11″ x 18″.  Completed Jan 2020  It currently for sale for $250, including shipping and the unique live edge custom frame that I made myself.  Detailed pictures available if you are interested.

Provenance:

My wife and I have been thinking about a vacation trip to the Tetons for a couple of years and have been researching the area for places to stay and things to do.  I’d found a few photos of the area that I liked and decided to create a composition for this painting from those photos.  The clouds, middle trees and foreground came from personal photos.  The mountains, pack horses and lead rider came from separate public domain photos I’d found online.  Hope you enjoy it.
